How does it work
Each business is provided with a bespoke Asset Integrity Management System tailored to their businesses specific needs, but following the standard framework that ensures the best practice is applied.
“Total Integrity Management is a Risk Control Systems (RCS) implemented to ensure that the overall management of the integrity of the site’s mechanical plant and equipment is managed to prevent, control and mitigate major accident hazards (MAH) which may occur due to loss of primary containment due to ageing related deterioration or failure”
- Each client will be provided with their own company branded web-based management system were all associated asset integrity policy, procedures, inspection records, repair history and NDT records will be kept (cloud-based server)
- Each client will be given a categorised asset register with their associated inspection schedule for a ten-year period.
- Each client will be supported by a MAM Mechanical Engineer throughout all their ageing plant interventions.
- Each client will have a single point of contact for all inspection and preventative maintenance activities at their site.
